??시상·상영: 총 100작품 시상, 우수 수상작은 CGV, 메가박스 등 극장에서 상영함. 트로피와 상장(국회의원상, 시장상, 교육장상, 시의장상 외) 등을 수여, 개막식·시상식 초청, 극장상영 시 감독·배우와의 대화 초청
